• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and industry professionals, identifying opportunities for cross-border transactions and portfolio diversification.
• Drive revenue growth by developing innovative deal structures, negotiating favorable terms, and capturing market opportunities in the M&A and private equity landscape.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the M&A, investment banking, and private equity sectors, providing thought leadership and strategic insights to internal teams and clients.

Requirements - * Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, with a proven track record in deal origination, execution, and revenue generation.
• Extensive knowledge of M&A processes, investment banking principles, and private equity transactions, with proficiency in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives, investors, and industry professionals.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving team performance, mentorship, and professional development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
