Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience in leasing within the logistics or industrial real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing lease agreements with tenants, including national and multinational corporations.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and industrial park operations, market dynamics, and leasing practices.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve leasing targets.
- Proficient in lease administration, contract management, and legal compliance.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong network of industry contacts and relationships is highly desirable.
