This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra \xe2\x80\x93 HYBRID.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Be the first line of support for our US colleagues in their use of Tableau, Python and Power BI
• Troubleshoot issues users are having in building their reporting
• Deliver training for Tableau and Power BI. This can be to large groups and will all be delivered virtually
• Conduct daily admin tasks on Tableau Server including license approvals, access requests, content promotion, shared email inbox management
• Tableau Server deployment / functionality testing
• Be in regular contact with US Helpdesk teams and advise of the correct responses to any incidents
• Build and maintain reporting using metadata surrounding Tableau and Power BI
• Engage with the wider BI team in developing future roadmaps
• Report on discussions had with US colleagues and raise any common issues users are facing

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Good Tableau development skills with significant experience working with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Python and Tableau Prep Builder
• Able to reverse engineer Tableau reporting
• Experience training colleagues in BI tools
• Comfortable delivering training to large groups
• Confident speaking to US based colleagues
• Great communication skills
• Data modelling understanding e.g. Joins, Unions, Pivots
• Good Power BI knowledge
• Desire to learn
• Breakdown complex issues into Layman\xe2\x80\x99s terms
• Application deployment experience
• Must have worked for a Financial Services firm before
