We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis I to join our FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS team. This role is located in PUNE, INDIA - HYBRID.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Translating complex business logics in requirements and vice-versa (should be able to comprehend the complex technical designs and relate that to business logics).
• Supporting the testing/design reviews and code reviews of the technical team.
• Supporting the ongoing processes, research, document and resolve critical issues.
• Assisting in performing root cause analysis for data quality errors, research and determine scope and complexity of issues and identify the steps for remediation.
• Coordinating remediation with relevant teams (Sources, Technology, Business, Finance, etc.)

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a technical or finance discipline or degree in math, engineering, or statistics or equivalent.
• Sound functional knowledge and experience in understanding financial process and terminologies.
• Must have 5-8 years of deep technical experience working with various Data Analytics and Visualization tools like IBM Planning Analytics, PAX, PAW etc.
• Expert knowledge on TM1 architecture and components of the tool like Rules, TI, PAX, PAW, TM1 reports, Perspective, TM1Web etc.
• Certification in IBM CognosTM1 or Planning Analytics is a plus.
• Experience in Allocation Implementation and automation is a plus.
• Experience on Cloud Computing and storage is a plus.
• Excellent and flexible written and oral communication
• Monitor and create Jira\xe2\x80\x99s based on requirements.
