for Vice President - Finance (Qualified Chartered Accountant):

An ideal candidate will be responsible for building models, analysing data, and preparing statements to reconcile income with expenses to keep track of the company's earnings and projected cash flow.

(1) Financial Management:

(a) Finalization of Accounts.

(b) Establishing financial systems and accounting controls to reduce financial risk.

(c) Inter Company reconciliation on a monthly basis.

(2) MIS Reporting & Budgeting:

(a) Establish financial plans and forecasts for all profit and cost centres of the company.

(b) Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Reports for Board members, adhering to prescribed deadlines.

(c) Revenue & Capital Budgeting including Long Term financial planning.

(d) Formulating and implementing MIS to enable the senior management to take key business decisions.

(e) Ensured adherence to company's business plans by effectively coordinating with various departments against actual performance.

(3) Audits:

(a) Dealing with internal & external Auditors and timely completion of audits

(b) Dealing with Statutory Auditors for audits of entities.

(4) Banking & Treasury:

(a) Fund Management - Term loan and Working capital management.

(b) Daily Cash Flow planning and investment of surplus funds with banks at competitive rate of interest and as per policy of the organization.

(c) Ensure checking of interest charged by bankers on a monthly basis and claiming refund in case of excess interest charged.

(d) Liaison with bankers on a day to day basis.

(e) Hedging of foreign remittances-inward and outward.

(5) Risk Management and meeting of Board members

(a) Convene meetings of the Board of Directors/Governing Board and maintain Minutes of Meeting.

(b) Adequate coverage from Insurance companies to cover all risks of the organization.

(6) Legal & Compliances:

(a) Ensure compliance of all applicable laws and regulations affecting the Companies, including statutory reporting, taxation, corporate governance and commercial laws.

(b) Dealing with matters related to Direct & Indirect Taxes - Income Tax, GST etc.

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant only.

Experience: 2-6 years' experience post CA

Designation & Remuneration: Will be allotted based on the candidate's experience and previous designation.

Job Location: Andheri (West)

Office Timing: Monday - Saturday 10.30 am to 7.30 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday holiday and all Sundays holiday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
