- CA qualification is a must

Primary Responsibilities :
- Directly responsible for financial accounting, audit, risk, corporate finance and statutory compliances .
- Manage all accounting along with Billing, A/R, A/P, Cost accounting & Revenue recognition, monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts, and report variances. Ensure minimal deviations and appropriate reporting of the same.
- Cash flow management and fund allocation as per the agreed guidelines between the various stakeholders.
- Manage reconciliation with various business partners
- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, investor reporting, and legal compliance reports
- Monthly Financial Reporting including Consolidated Financials Ind AS, Expected Credit Loss, EIR etc
- Prepare quarterly and annual results deck, investment thesis and provide shareholders perspectives to top management and business leaders
- Prepare corporate communication/ presentations for external communication i.e. analyst/investor, annual reports, AGM presentations, shareholders resolutions and responses for potential shareholder queries in AGM, credit rating agencies, lenders, media channels, press releases, website etc.
- Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors to ensure smooth audit closures
- Systems & Processes would be an integral part of the role; ability to set up systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigation to be put into place.
- Ability to build controls and governance within the organization with a robust framework encompassing all departments & functions
- Preparation and analyzing Financial statements under Ind AS
- Ensuring timely closure and finalization of books of accounts.
- Ensuring Internal Financial Control.
- Independently managing / supervising Accounts which includes financial reporting,
- Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, Fixed assets etc
- Managing Internal, Statutory and RBI Auditors.
- Ensuring updated Policy /Process / controls to ensure adequate internal control.
