• •Ensure period end close activities are performed according to agreed close schedules and that accounting policies• •are in compliance with• •GAAP and stated company norms•

• •Responsible• •to Lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline.•

• •Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions•

• •Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/offshore operation•

• •Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team•

• •Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions•

• •Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.•

• •Understand the SOX Regulations and• •ensure adherence by the teams at all times•

• •Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.•

• •High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management. •
