Vice President, External Reporting

We're seeking a future team member for the role of SRB Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our Global Finance Centre of Excellence team based in Pune.



In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Design -

Build out the Business Requirements & Solution Design in collaboration with stakeholders.

Bring the Design to the Design Forums

Build -

Configure the AXIOM system to implement the required changes.

Support installation of Axiom releases

Raise solution defects to Adenza when identified in the release.

Test -

Execute smoke testing and functional testing in UAT.

Ensure handover is done to Test Team to ensure changes are included in test scripts for future UAT testing.

Support Prod Team/Market Center resources in their UAT testing

Remediate bugs found in testing.

Implement -

Provide training and handover to stakeholders.

Ensure documentation is updated.

Stakeholder management - Develop close relationships with European Market Centre and other business areas particularly Corporate Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Business Finance and business management in the production of regulatory returns and provide insight into the drivers and impact of changes to the various metrics.

Hypercare -

Support Production Incidents during the Hypercare period of the project (usually 1 to 2 production cycles)

General -

Informs Reg SME Managers on expected workload, and any RAIDs.

Works with Product Owner and Solution Lead on design of the solution

Actively participate in working groups, standups and design forum

Contributing to continuous improvement activity across the team



To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Test Plans/Scripts

Testing Documentation

AXIOM in house customization log

Release documentation

Installation guides & Technical documentation

Training to stakeholders

Regulatory Reporting experience essential, including regulatory and accounting systems and processes.

Experience of working with large, complex datasets to produce high quality, well controlled outputs is essential. Experience with regulatory reporting applications such as AxiomSL (or other) is considered a plus.

Track record in process improvement, change management and controls experience in a global banking environment.

Organized and structured working methodology, attention to detail and highly motivated individual with an analytical inquisitive / challenging mind set.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication, planning and escalation.

Experience of a fast moving, deadline driven, highly controlled, multi-national / functional organization.
