This role is in Pune, Maharashtra and Chennai, Tamil Nadu - HYBRID.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Daily Balance sheet preparation, performing variance analysis and providing explanation.
• Monthly financial statement preparation, review and providing quality commentary.
• Quarterly Board pack preparation and presentation.
• Year-end financial statement preparation along with Year on Year (YoY) variance analysis and preparation of commentary.
• Quickly understand the reporting changes in the process and implement.
• Liaising and coordinating with LE Controllers also presenting financials.
• Process simplification, process improvements, setting up and/or reviewing internal controls, Review of financials, Automation etc,
• Support in auditing, financial presentations and others as requested.

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Financial statement preparation, variance analysis and preparation of commentary.
• Ability to summarize and present financial data in an organized and concise manner.
• Hands on experience in Legal Entity Controller Reporting and exposure to IFRS/US GAAP.
• Candidate must be able to work independently and can interact with team members, management, legal entity controllers and regulators.
• Working knowledge in MS Excel, Oracle, Power BI, PPT etc.
• Clear understanding of the investment management, investment services, and wealth management services
• Strong analytical and excel skills/ MS Office proficient.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Organized with the ability to lead tasks and work effectively in a multi-located team environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA/CIMA/CPA with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Semi qualified CA/CIMA/CPA with 10+ years of relevant experience.
