We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President - Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Asset Servicing Divisional Data Office team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

Shift Timings: US OR EMEA 12:00 Noon to 8:30 PM



In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Manage requirement gathering process to monitor data quality of business-critical applications.

Collaborate with Collibra technology teams in developing data quality rules and their testing.

Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards for ongoing issue management.

Be the first line for troubleshooting data quality issues and assign it to the data stewards for their remediation.

Understand data quality management policies and impart trainings to data stewards.

Ensure agile/scrum practices are followed during the development process.



To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, data, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

8-10 Years of experience in Banking / Financial Industry is required.

Advance level understanding of Data Governance framework

Comprehensive understanding of data modelling and visualization

Expertise of BI technologies (e.g., ThoughtSpot Preferred, Microsoft Power BI) is preferred.

Expertise of SQL queries is preferred.

Excellent communication skill is required.
