A rapidly growing tech-driven company that is revolutionizing the financial services industry with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP.Responsibilities: * Lead and inspire a team of 100+ professionals responsible for payment-related processes, including disputes, refunds, and chargebacks, ensuring a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Take full ownership of functional operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering optimal performance across all processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and automate processes wherever possible.
  • Oversee the recruitment and management of a dedicated team of 50-100 resources, ensuring alignment with operational goals and client needs.
Requirements: * A minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on back-office functions, ideally within the telecom sector.
  • Strong background in payment operations, with particular expertise in chargebacks and related functions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams (100+ employees), especially in an offshore context.
  • In-depth understanding of telecom operations, particularly those within the US market.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading process migrations and successfully managing global operational setups.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
