We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to take on the role of Vice President of Co-brand Credit Card Partnerships & Alliances. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new partnership opportunities, developing innovative value propositions, and launching co-branded initiatives that set industry benchmarks. This executive position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our co-brand partnerships and play a pivotal role in our organization's retail growth.


Principal Responsibilities


• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and forge relationships with potential partners, negotiating co-brand partnerships that offer mutually beneficial value
• Value Proposition Design: Craft compelling value propositions that resonate with partners and align with market trends, ensuring our co-brand solutions remain competitive and desirable
• Product Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design acquisition journeys and develop scalable co-brand credit card products
• Product Launch Management: Oversee the end-to-end launch process of co-brand credit card products, ensuring all aspects from conception to market introduction are executed flawlessly.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Work with teams across the organization, including marketing, finance, legal, and technology to achieve product goals and optimize customer experience
• Market Analysis
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the market
• Leadership
• Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence
Requirements
• Proven experience in a Product/Project management role within the credit card, payments, or partnership sector.
• Strong track record in negotiating and establishing successful co-brand partnerships
• - Demonstrated ability in creating and launching consumer financial products. - Excellent cross-functional project management skills
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
+ Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.

• An understanding of the financial regulatory environment, particularly as it pertains to the Indian market
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
