Direct Responsibilities
Manage the day to day Cash Equity Operations e.g. Trade Confirmations, Clearing & Settlement etc. with zero errors
Quick turnaround time in serving Internal as well as External Clients
Timely reporting to Exchange & Other Regulatory Authorities
Daily MIS reporting to Management & Exceptions reporting & Reconciliations to Seniors
Monthly Reporting & Exchange Compliance
Identify areas of improvement with regards to day-to-day operational processes and suggest ways & means of improvement thereby increasing the efficiency & productivity of the department
Review and updation of procedure manuals
Adherence to Anti\xe2\x80\x90Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions "AML/FS related duties
Operations are an integral part of the control framework including for AML/FS topics. In that respect, in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FS-related Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls, and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision to the relevant authority.
Observing all the controls including ORUS & handling Audits (Internal as well as External)
