  • The role would fold into the Mobile Sales Force (MSF). The role holders primary responsibility would be to lead and drive the regional strategy
  • Lead the Sales Managers of multiple markets to build a robust and unified sales organization by bringing together a set of separate and mono line product centric sales teams that were under diverse management structures in the region
  • Drive the KAM channel to achieve on stretch targets
  • Lead the team on acquiring mandates recommended from Corporate and Commercial bank teams
  • Develop synergies across roles to maximize sales at each customer touchpoint by generating a robust cross referral framework.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation
Principal Accountabilities
  • Drive Corporate mandates targets
  • Cross refers opportunities for Broking, Loan against Shares and Loan against Mutual Funds opportunity from Key Accounts
  • Drive & contribute to the enhancement of the Corporate Employee Program and leverage it to maximize relationships from existing Corporate and Commercial bank clients and NTB corporate
  • Responsible in setting up and to achieve challenging and stretch goals for revenue/FTE
  • Leverage market opportunities with key Accounts in these geographies to maximize referrals in the specific products
  • Drive R&R through the region
Customers/Stakeholders
  • Responsible for Area attrition & ensure prompt recruitment plan
  • Develop an expert knowledge of target customers, market trends, product knowledge and competitor activities in order to manage the region BAU in absence of RH
  • Forge and drive key relationships with third party financial intermediaries and aggregators to augment distribution reach
  • Develop a strong working relationship with GB,CMB & CCR teams
  • Comply to all relevant AML regulations & Global Standards
Leadership & Teamwork
  • Contribute to subordinate development and team morale.
  • Develop individual and team competence via Sales Coaching
  • Work towards an Integrated stand-alone product centric sales team presently under diverse management supervision into a unified sales organization and consistent sales management practices
  • Drive high levels of staff engagement through communication, coaching and developmental interventions across all levels of the sales organization.
  • Developing a robust second line of management to support regions BAU in absence of RH
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders in GB and CMB to grow business through CEP.
Requirements
  • Total Work experience of min 12 + years
  • Min qualification will be a Graduate
