We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice president II to join our FCC Transaction Monitoring t eam. This role is located in Chennai CHE - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Supports the day-to-day efforts related to reporting, planning, risk identification, tracking and resolution, scope management, internal client management and defining project objectives, processes, policies & procedures.
• Applies skills and expertise to identifying and compiling the right set of process recommendations to address specific client needs.
• Identify and assess the training needs of the team through Gap analysis, Quality trend, Audit findings and consultation with managers.
• Consult with Managers to evaluate Team performance on a periodic basis to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
• Able to prioritize daily tasks and work queues to accurately meet client deliverables across team's client base.
• Prepares internal reports for management on daily/weekly work status, training information and all other related MI.
• Maintain training records of all in-house trainings conducted for future purposes.
• Review existing processes / applications and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Must have people management responsibility - Should have managed a team.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills and the ability to understand compliance policies and process assigned tasks in accordance with procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence.
• People management.
• 14-15 years of banking, product/financial services and/or Funds industry experience would be preferred.
