Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and integrate visual effects (VFX) for various projects, including films, advertisements, video games, or other digital content.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into stunning visual effects.
• Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Blender, Houdini, and Nuke to develop high-quality effects.
• Composite and seamlessly integrate live-action footage with CGI elements.
• Simulate realistic visual effects such as explosions, smoke, fire, water, and other dynamic elements.
• Optimize VFX assets for various platforms and ensure they meet technical and aesthetic standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to VFX production.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest VFX trends, tools, and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with animators, modelers, and other team members to ensure cohesion in visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a VFX Artist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Houdini, Maya, Blender, or Nuke).
• Strong understanding of VFX production pipelines, from concept to final render.
• Expertise in compositing, texturing, shading, and lighting techniques.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, MEL) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and realism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
• A degree or diploma in Visual Effects, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work offline at office at least 1 day a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
