Job Title : VFS Sales Executive (Travel Insurance)

About the Role :

We are looking for proactive and motivated candidates to join our team as a VFS Sales Executive. This role combines both sales and operational tasks, where you will be responsible for pitching and selling our travel insurance products to customers. You will actively engage with potential customers, explain product offerings, and convince them of the benefits, while also handling operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pitch and sell travel insurance products to B2C customers, effectively explaining the product features and benefits.
• Proactively generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct follow-up communication with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processing and delivery of products.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to achieving team goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.

Qualifications :

• Education : Graduate
• Experience : 0-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2C environment.

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and explain products clearly.
• Proactive attitude and self-starter capable of generating leads and closing sales.
• Ability to multitask and handle a blend of sales and operational responsibilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Notice Period :

• 1 month or less

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
