In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our seed business strategy, driving sales growth, and managing a high-performing team.What will you do?1. Develop and implement a comprehensive seed business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.2. Conduct market research to identify new seed opportunities and develop product roadmaps.3. Build and manage strong relationships with seed suppliers, distributors, and farmers.4. Lead the sales team in achieving ambitious sales targets.5. Oversee seed production and distribution activities.6. Ensure compliance with all relevant seed regulations and quality standards.7.
