Job Responsibilities :1. Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.4. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.5. Identify and develop new business opportunities in terms of distribution to increase sales and market presence.6. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and product launches.7. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop sales plans to meet business objectives.8. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience : 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.2. 7-12 years of consumer durable/small domestic appliances industry experience.3. Strong relationship with the distributors, retailer, customer.4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.8.
