Bond: 3 years We are looking for an experienced Validation and Compliance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of circuits and be well-versed with excel, PowerPoint, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our electronic products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate electronic products against regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Create and maintain compliance documentation such as test reports, declarations of conformity, and technical files
- Ensure that products comply with relevant environmental and safety regulations
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify and address potential compliance issues early in the design process
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry standards that impact our products
- Communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders across the organization
- Provide guidance to other teams on compliance-related matters
- Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a validation or compliance role
- Basic understanding of circuits and electronics
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other documentation tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Day shift
