Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Instruction :
• Conduct engaging and interactive online classes for GRE and GMAT preparation.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the test format and content.
• Use various teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Curriculum Development :
• Contribute to the development and updating of course materials, practice tests, and study guides.
• Stay current with the latest changes and trends in GRE and GMAT exams.
• Student Support :
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them achieve their target scores.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Offer additional support through online forums, Q&A sessions, and one-on-one tutoring as needed.
• Professional Development :
• Participate in regular training sessions and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices and improve teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• High scores on the GRE or GMAT (ideally in the 90th percentile or above).
• Experience :
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience teaching or tutoring GRE/GMAT courses.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve significant score improvements.
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of GRE and GMAT content, structure, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.
• Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with curriculum development and educational content creation.
• Familiarity with various educational technologies and digital learning tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students in different time zones.
