Job Overview:As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote the company\'s products or services, building strong relationships with clients and meeting sales targets within a designated geographical area. You will be the face of the company, interacting directly with potential customers and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Responsibilities :- Sales Prospecting : Identifying and researching potential customers in the assigned territory or market. This involves cold-calling, networking, and using various tools to gather data.- Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Product/Service Presentation : Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of the company\'s products or services to potential clients. Tailoring presentations to match customer needs.- Sales Negotiation : Negotiating terms and pricing to close deals with customers. Finding common ground and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.- Sales Goal Achievement : Setting and striving to achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory. This involves meeting monthly, quarterly, or annual sales objectives.- Territory Management : Effectively managing the designated sales territory, organizing schedules, and planning efficient routes for client visits.- Market Research : Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.- Sales Reporting : Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
