Job description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Manager located in Hyderabad. The Venue Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our venues, ensuring our clients are happy, managing the budget, and coordinating events at our venues. Job Summary

• Must have at-least 2-6 years of Venue Sales.
• Must have experience in hospitality industry.
• Must have experience in handling multiple venue bookings.
• Must possess great sales qualities and achieve sales targets.
• Must be used to daily and weekly reports.
• Must possess great communication in Hindi, English and Telugu.
• Must be well versed with celebrations and traditions.
• Must possess experience in understanding client requirements and not miss out on any details.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Will be responsible in looking sales and marketing activities of the venues.
• Will need to be aware of market trends in celebrations.
• Experience in banking activities.
• Experience in managing admin/maintenance teams at the venues.
• Well trained with grooming and etiquettes in client presentations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and abilities
• Venue management experience or similar experience in a related field
• Budgeting experience and skills
• Event management experience and abilities
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
