The company has carved out a separate fintech vertical tasked with digital transformation using cutting-edge technology and bringing in fresh talent.About the profile :We are looking for a tech-savvy Social Media wizard who can optimise our online marketing efforts and build brand presence by leveraging social media platforms.Join us if you like to :- Develop an integrated social media strategy to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.- Ideate and write scripts for videos, reels and shorts.- Identify recent trends and topics for creating engaging content.- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, scheduling, and tracking performance metrics.- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve social media presence.- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with Internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.- Identify and engage with influencers, industry leaders, and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and awareness.We\'ll need you to bring :- 3+ years of experience in social media & content creation.- Knowledge of trading & investing.- Experience in writing engaging and concise video scripts.- Proven experience in creating engaging Reels.- Baseline knowledge of all leading social media sites including algorithms and engagement metrics.- In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.- Good time management skills.
