• Vendor Onboarding :Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors, ensuring they meet the company's standards.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, addressing their concerns, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Sales Strategy: Work closely with vendors to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Support and Training: Provide support to vendors regarding product listings, pricing strategies, and operational guidelines.
• Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and vendor landscapes to help improve vendor performance.
• Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms with vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor performance metrics, sales data, and feedback to improve collaboration and sales output.
• Reporting :Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and sales progress for internal stakeholders.
