onto the DVMART App/website. You will play a key role in expanding our vendor network, helping them scale their businesses by leveraging our quick commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential vendors
in the Gifts, Toys, Cakes, and Fresh Flowers categories across Delhi NCR.
Pitch the DVMART platform
as an opportunity for vendors to expand their customer base and increase their sales.
Negotiate and finalize agreements
with vendors while ensuring mutual growth and profitability.
Guide vendors through the onboarding process
, including product listing, pricing, and operational support.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with vendors to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Continuously
collect feedback
from vendors to improve services and processes.
Meet company targets
for vendor acquisition and category expansion within set timelines.
Support other marketing initiatives
as per the company's need, including offline events, digital campaigns, and cross-promotions.
Provide
regular reports
on onboarding status, performance, and market insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing
,
Business Administration
, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in
Vendor Onboarding
,
Field Sales
, or
Business Development
, preferably in E-commerce, FMCG, or related industries.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
in both English and Hindi.
Convincing personality
with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong
problem-solving abilities
and an adaptable mindset to work in a dynamic startup environment.
Must be
self-motivated

target-oriented
, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to
travel locally
within Delhi NCR for vendor meetings and onboarding.
