About part time job/internshipWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Vendor Onboarding Intern to join our team. The intern will play a crucial role in expanding our network by onboarding new vendors. This involves making calls, collecting portfolios, and ensuring all vendor details are accurately added to our admin panel.Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Outreach and communication: Make calls to potential vendors to explain the benefits of joining Celebria Collective.
2. Portfolio collection: Request and collect portfolios from prospective vendors, ensuring all necessary materials are obtained.
3. Data entry: Accurately enter vendor information and portfolios into the admin panel.
4. Follow-up: Maintain communication with vendors to answer any questions and assist with the onboarding process.
5. Record keeping: Keep detailed records of all interactions with vendors and update the admin panel accordingly.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the Vendor Relations Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any issues that arise.
7. Feedback collection: Gather feedback from new vendors about the onboarding process to suggest improvements.Requirements:1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people.
5.
