We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Onboarding Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, filtering, and onboarding vendors as Business Partners, ensuring they align with our company's standards and requirements.

#### Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Sourcing :
- Identify and source potential vendors through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Research and expand the vendor database to meet organizational needs.
2. Vendor Screening & Evaluation :
- Assess vendor profiles to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Conduct initial discussions to understand vendor capabilities and alignment with business needs.
3. Onboarding Vendors :
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, agreement signing, and verification.
- Ensure smooth onboarding while adhering to company policies and processes.
4. Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a point of contact for vendor-related queries during onboarding.
5. Documentation & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, required documents, and onboarding progress.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor onboarding status and performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
