Vendor Manager (Operations)

Key deliverables

1 .Project Planning and Vendor Coordination:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

2 .Design Management & BOQ Preparations:

Oversee the design process, ensuring that all design work meets client expectations and company standards. Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials and Validate at site

3 .Project Execution Monitoring:

Supervise the execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.

4. Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed.

5 .Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards. Address any defects or issues promptly to maintain project integrity.

6 .Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their vision and requirements.

7 .Team Management:

Lead and manage project teams & on ground staff , providing guidance, support, and motivation. Conduct performance reviews and ensure continuous professional development of team members.

8 .Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols on project sites.

Minimum qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience in project management of 7+ years, with a track record of successful project delivery.

2 .Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, G Sheet ).

4. Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and material specifications.

5 .Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?700,000.00 per year
