Position: Vendor Manager

Location: Bangalore

Role: Vendor managers facilitate and maintain relationships between organization and vendors/partners/contractors, negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, finding the best available vendors, and overseeing/supervising the contractors & labour.

• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing and communicate any product or service related concerns.
• Developing and sustaining long standing relationships with company approved vendors and contractors.
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
• Serving the key point of contact between the company and contractors to ensure timely review and approval of any variations.
• Keeping thorough records of all documents related to contracts.
• Communicating the need to the designated Contractors to ensure timely availability of contract workforce.
• Recruitment of Contract labour workforce through designated contractors.
• Identify new contractors to keep Manpower cost under control all the times and manage third party vendors to ensure timely identification of contract workforce and their payments.

Candidates' Requirement:-

• Bachelor's degree in Civil
• 3+ yrs of experience as Vendor Manager
• Must have experience in dealing with Sub Contractors & labours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
