The S&D vertical at Ninjacart is focused on the farm to retailer business of procuring from farmers and delivering to retailers- ensuring that farmers get paid the right price for their efforts and that retailers are able to get market quality produce delivered at their doorsteps. The last mile distribution is handled by our Distributor partners based out of our Micro Distribution Centres.As a part of the team, you will be in charge of managing the entire Sales & Distribution for the assigned territory. For this, you will need to handle a team of Business Development Executives driving Tonnage, Customer Retention and key growth initiatives. You will have a dedicated Partner Success Manager who will work as a liaison to handle the Distributor Partners
responsible for handling the Last Mile Distribution, Cash Collection and Returns Liquidation. You will also have a dedicated Area Operations Manager who will assist you in handling the Last Mile Operations for the assigned territory.Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Supply planning & Inventory management- Own 100% fill rate for the defined SKUs,
identify sources of supply, monitor & track inventory to ensure low wastage while
maintaining optimal supply.
\xe2\x97\x8f Cost Savings- Monitor and track price trends across markets to arrive at sourcing
decisions, strategically optimize supply with sources to improve margins, identify
opportunities to reduce costs across the supply side.
\xe2\x97\x8f Vendor Management- Identify, align and on-board vendors, price negotiation,
monthly/ weekly vendor reconciliations, credit cycle management, vendor payments,
vendor relationship management, track and monitor vendor scores/performance &
develop ways to improve stickiness with Ninjacart.
\xe2\x97\x8f Stakeholder Management- Coordinate across various internal stakeholders
effectively- Quality, Category, Supply Chain & Finance with the ability to influence &

\xe2\x97\x8f 4-9years of experience in sourcing & vendor management across F&V in
Hyderabad/Telangana/Andhra Pradesh region
\xe2\x97\x8f Academics from Tier 2 / 3-
Graduate or Postgraduate is preferred
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication, negotiation, analyzing & solutionizing skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Self-motivated, agile & ability to adapt to the changing business environments
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be fluent in Telugu, English. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.Additional Information
