Vendor Management Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
• Conduct thorough vendor screenings to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor information, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor relationships and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, legal, and finance teams to resolve vendor-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting vendor management and compliance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, supplier onboarding, or a similar role with a compliance focus.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., SOX).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in using vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Vendor Management or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, optional
• Experience in conducting vendor audits and risk assessments.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor performance evaluation techniques.
