The Impact:

We are seeking an energetic candidate to intern for 1 year contract term with our Vendor Management team. The candidate would assist with analyst related to vendor spend. The candidate will liaise with business team members responsible for vendor relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining vendor management documents in corporate approved tools.

Responsibilities:

Working alongside the CI Vendor Management Non-IT team:

The coordinator will maintain existing vendor management documents on daily and monthly basis

Assist in document of content related to vendor spend categories assigned to various business unit, region and critical business processes.

Leverage existing network to identify key contacts and stakeholders related to each engagement and vendor spend

Document any issues and reconciliation related to invoice adherence reports

Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Good understanding of Excel and good analytical skills

Good communicator

Excellent command of English (verbal/written)

Ability to work with a global team

Energetic, Self-starter, Flexible and Goal-oriented

Business minded, well-organized team worker with strong problem solving skills
