Job Description
To work with one the world\'s leading organization Chance to work with a highly growing brand Go to Market : Identify Best Practices across retail, Competition Benchmark analysis and Suggestions, Map geographical footprint with competition, Capture & create repository on new launches, special service, new expansion across markets, Special events etc. Process Management : Lead and Operationalize Projects to enhance current processes & seize opportunities to introduce new solutions for efficient performance - Design roadmap, define program strategy, manage end to end program life cycle & design long term results. Retail Transformation through Technology: Orchestrate & implement technology automation or integration to enhance brand strategies CX: Map Customer (Internal & External) journey, gain insights to conceptualize & design projects to enhance the experience and make it efficient. Co-ordination: Liaison between cross function and end to end coordination for driving the progress of different projects and ensuring a smooth roll out. On going tracking of results and progress The Successful Applicant Post graduation (Preferred) Expertise in Excel, Power point and Analytics is a must for taking up this role.
