- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, focusing on laser cutting and bending projects.
- Conduct supplier assessments and quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Oversee material movement and machine planning to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors to maintain consistent performance and timely delivery.
- Utilize ERP systems to track procurement and vendor performance.
- Solve problems and manage projects to enhance vendor relationships and operational efficiency.
- BE in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in vendor development or procurement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in supplier assessment, quality audits, and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to machine manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
