Job descriptionJob Title: Vendor CoordinatorLocation Noida (onsite)Department: SalesExperience: 3yearsJob Summary:The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all vendor relationships and ensuring that vendors meet or exceed the expectations of the organization. This role includes research of vendors for particular products, negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and coordinating with internal departments to meet organizational goals.Key Responsibilities: * Vendor Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts.
  • Monitor contract renewals and expiration dates.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between vendors and internal departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with vendors.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs for vendors.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits.
  • Address and rectify any performance issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, communications, and transactions.
  • Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and cost savings.
  • Document any issues, resolutions, and improvements related to vendor management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration/MBA, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and vendor management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience:
  • Experience in Mangaement
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., CPSM, CPIM).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
Work Environment:
  • This position is typically office-based with occasional travel to vendor sites.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to coordinate with vendors in different time zones.
