• Maintain database of the vendors providing assets or services which are incidental to the scope of service with details like contact person, telephone numbers, escalation matrix, response time and resolution time commitments,
• In the event of any hardware failure or Services which belong to the third-party vendor as per the vendor escalation matrix shared by ASL, onsite engineer shall notify the Centralized Service Desk for further escalation.
• Before any call is passed to vendor, the issue must be validated by the FMS engineer.
• Log calls with vendors to report a failure of hardware including auto call trigger to vendors,
• Coordinate with the vendors and track the problems till it gets resolved,
• Escalation of unresolved problems to vendor and ASL,
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that the calls logged on them are responded by Vendor and resolved within the times stipulated in their maintenance contract. Review of such escalations to vendors must be ASL measured on a monthly basis. Data for the same will be generated through suitable tools as may be provided by ASL,
• Measure response time, resolution time of the calls logged with vendor, analyse and report SLA adherence by vendor
• For all calls logged to 3rd party vendor for resolution (hardware, links etc), the incident ticket will be put on pending till the vendor gives resolution.
