Job Role-Vendor Coordinator
Vendor Coordinator facilitates and maintains relationships between Kapra and the vendor partner network in negotiating contracts, creating and maintaining vendors' standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Create a database for vendors and prospects.
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with vendor contacts at all levels of the organization.
• Lead Generation, cold calling, and database creation.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve organizational delivery goals.
• Communicate goals internally, so everyone is aware of expectations and consequences.
• Perform industry analysis for emerging technologies and relevant vendors in conjunction with the company's strategic initiatives.
• Work with functional owners to identify potential areas of improvement or to find a better vendor.
Skills and Qualifications
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command over Hindi and English languages.
• Should be self-motivated and a quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and follow-through to achieve good quality and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as in an individual environment.
• Any Graduate
