The Vended Application Senior Consultant II typically provides expertise across several areas of the business and delivers product features utilizing vended software, particularly Ariba, Fieldglass & Concur, applications, by applying knowledge of the applications, functionality and client business processes. The role creates technical designs for their area and configures vendor software for new or existing enterprise-wide and business-unit applications moderately complex and above projects and maintenance efforts.Key Responsibilities

• Organize, lead and finalize feature review sessions for moderately complex business issues/requirements and document resulting decisions

• Assist with overall product planning by contributing to/creating stories for moderately complex features in areas of responsibility

Support & Lead AI/Automation/RPA projects

• Configure vendor software; review and verify operation of new vendor release features. Leverage vendor defect resolution procedures and support tools to resolve issues

• Create the functional design, leveraging moderate technical skills, to address moderate complexity business processes or issues or to address the requirements of a set of product features

• In partnership with the business groups and technical teams, provide knowledge and support for resolving technology issues in multiple areas of the business; sought as a subject matter expert

• Use knowledge of integrated requirements to evaluate proposed software products

• Assist in gathering the training and user documentation requirements

• Manage the issues and blockers for assigned features and product stories

• Support the planning, conduct, and review of module and integration testing for all but the most complex projects

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
