The Position
As an IT Supporter-RIMS, you will be responsible for overall operation & maintenance of the Business-Critical System ePub which will include incident, problem management and act as Subject Matter Expert. You will also support DevOps activities in Vault RIM project as an Operations team member. You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the incident, problem, and support change management process for assigned systems communicating with customers, service providers and system managers.
  • Co-ordinate day-to-day execution of incident and problem management resolution for assigned systems as defined by business processes.
  • Ensure that the configuration documents are updated and participate in Annual Periodic reviews (user review report, configuration review report, IT periodic system evaluation).
  • Communicate and involve relevant stakeholders -alignment with Line of Business stakeholders, primarily System managers, System Owners, Project Managers.
Qualifications
  • You will be holding a bachelor\'s/master\'s degree in relevant subject with overall 10+ years of experience in IT, SaaS/Cloud Solutions and minimum 4 years of experience in GxP.
  • Exposure to Regulatory Applications (InSight Manager and InSight Viewer) and ECM Technologies (Documentum, Veeva).
  • Knowledge in full software life cycle (V-Model) including determining, developing, and implementing test strategies, test cases & related system documentations.
  • Strong experience in ITIL processes including Release Management- planning, execution and benefit realisation.
  • Experience in international matrix organisation/ project coordination, work with external vendors and stakeholders in multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Experience from working in/with a service level based organisation and managing service level agreements with customers and vendors.

These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide. R&D Clinical Data Handling Solutions works closely with line of Business, System managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organization in Denmark and India.
