We are looking for a Veeva System Analyst to work in our Veeva IT DevOps team partnering with Quality Assurance across the world. Do you have a passion for IT in a global life sciences environment? Then we would love to hear from you.


This position is located in Bangaloreand will beHybrid in nature. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Administration, development and support of Veeva Quality Vault. Act as a technical subject matter expert for the Veeva Quality Vault within the Veeva IT DevOps team
• Work on projects and releases to implement new features and to rollout Veeva Quality Vault to new sites. Work with Quality Assurance teams and other functions to turn new requirements into system designs, deliver and test the configuration to meet the requirements
• Provide L2 technical support for Veeva Quality Vault and associated interfaces
• Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors. Demonstrates excelling business acumen and is viewed as an internal expert on the product
• Understand and follow the prescribed governance process and development methodology for product development. Follow IT process and practice for changes and incidents., ensuring completeness of all documentation and plans.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements to enterprise software features
• Experience supporting and delivering configuration changes in eQMS and eDMS applications (ideally within Veeva Quality Vault) couple with experience working in a GxP validated environment and experience working in Agile development environment
• Demonstrable business process knowledge and demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate approaches to solving problems with the ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions. Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, xcellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
• BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent and minimum three years IT experience or equivalent within a business function
