Job Title : Vanaspati Shift Incharge - Production

Location : Gandhidham

Experience : 3+ Years

Salary : ?45,000-?55,000 per month

Job Responsibilities :

• Shift Operations Management :
• Oversee end-to-end production activities for vanaspati manufacturing during the assigned shift.
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment and adherence to production schedules.
• Quality Assurance :
• Monitor product quality at various production stages to meet prescribed standards.
• Address any quality deviations promptly in coordination with the QA team.
• Team Supervision :
• Lead and manage a team of operators and workers during the shift.
• Ensure proper training, guidance, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Process Optimization :
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Maintenance Coordination :
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting during the shift.
• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth transitions between shifts.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain shift records, including production data, downtime, and material usage.
• Submit daily and shift-end reports to senior management.

Key Skills :

• Strong understanding of vanaspati production processes and technology.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in the food manufacturing industry.
• Leadership skills for team management and conflict resolution.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.

Qualifications :

• Any Graduate
• Proficiency in production management tools and reporting.
