Sales and Distribution:
Drive sales of Vincos Food Products by actively promoting and selling our range to retailers, supermarkets, and other potential customers across Kerala.
Ensure prominent product visibility and availability in stores through strategic merchandising and timely replenishment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide exceptional service.
Identify and engage with prospective customers to expand our market presence and foster long-term partnerships.
Route Planning and Execution:
Strategically plan daily routes to maximize customer visits and optimize sales opportunities.
Ensure punctual delivery of products to customers while adhering to designated delivery schedules.
Market Intelligence:
Gather valuable market insights and competitor intelligence to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide actionable feedback for product enhancement and marketing strategy refinement.
Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stock shortages and minimize excess inventory holding costs.
Reporting:
Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in sales, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering customer relationships.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
