Division: Valve | Post: Purchase Engineer

We are looking for an experienced purcahse engineer to join our team!


SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, & ERP System.
• Must have idea about Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Must have basic knowledge of types of Valves & its components.
• Must have basic knowledge of Vendors for Pattern & Die Development.
• Mustt have knowledge & experience of facing audits such as ISO & API Audits.


Technical knowledge for Valve Department
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Vendor Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify and qualify vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Request for Quote (RFQ) Creation: Draft and distribute RFPs to potential vendors, outlining the specifications and requirements for products or services needed.
• Cost Analysis: Perform detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options aligned with budget constraints and quality standards.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous contract terms and conditions.
• Compliance Monitoring: Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
• Review of items to be procured & selecting Relevant vendors for the same.
• Managing entire procurement process right from purchase requisition to delivery & payment.
• Reviews engineering drawings, accompanies engineers in examining sources of supply, and interviews prospective suppliers.
• Preparation all purchase & store documentation for ISO as well as API Audits.
