To contribute to create a vision for operations in the organization in line with set goals Key Outputs (initial stages) New product transfer New product Introduction Manfg cost optimisation Parts localisation Assisting in new supplier development Gain in-depth knowledge of the business of the organization (will be supported through adequate training by the organization) Understand internal and external environment dynamics affecting the business Understanding the Technology/Products in collaboration with internal & External experts Key Outputs (as per set goals) Plant Operations, Cost management, P & L and Manufacturing Business Results Ensuring Compliance to Statutory Regulations and ensuring EHS Management system Preparation of Budget and controlling the costs as per the corporate guidelines New Product Manufacturing Integration, Project Management and Innovation Setting up world-class manufacturing practices with digitalisation & manufacturing innovations Priorities of the role Responsible for all operation-related and associated business processes and their control and adherence Support and Promote Lean Production Systems Principles and Process visualisation through standard tool. Managing the functions of plant set-up, policies & procedures implementation, budget Reviewing SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, technical specifications, manufacturing records, validation protocols, validation reports, and other quality documents, change-control procedures for SOP\xe2\x80\x99s Drive high level of productivity among direct & indirect resources Reporting relationship with: National Manager - Manufacturing Manages Planning Quality SCM Stores & Inventory Safety Works with Project Management, Sales, Channel Partners, HR, Finance and other Group Affiliates External Relationships External Experts Qualifications Preferred BE Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from a top-notch Engineering institution A qualification in Operational Management would be advantageous Preferred Experience:- Age: 35 -42 years 14 to 20 yrs of experience in Production, Planning, Quality and Inventory Working in a high-tech, multinational engineering/manufacturing enterprise Must be willing to travel across the South Asia Regions Skills and Knowledge Has the ability to develop technical/technological ideal solutions Worked on the indigenization of machines and parts Good leadership in managing and leading multicultural teams and ability to motivate and influence and retain talent Lean Manufacturing systems Value Stream Mapping Lean six sigma Good Experience in handling Project Management activities Good understanding of SAP modules Key Competencies Strong engineering basics Excellent business acumen Good communication Skills Integrity Excellent negotiation skills Sensitivity and understanding of different cultures Global orientation Team management & People orientation Strong Coaching Skills Learning Orientation and flexibility Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to 3,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
