With 400+ Value Advisors (VA) around the world, the VA team is focused on championing collaborative customer engagements that create business and societal value by leveraging SAPs innovations. The Global VA team is responsible for setting the global teams strategy, embedding Value DNA across SAP, and supporting value management tools, content, thought leadership, and talent enablement programs. The team is also responsible for supporting key customer engagements and working with our technology, innovation, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure that the value dimension is considered and incorporated at the point of solution design and commercialization.Within the Global VA, the Value Content team supports SAPs value management platform, builds value content, and thought leadership assets in support of our key GTM solutions and innovations, and drives enablement across all field-facing organizations. This team is also responsible for supporting Board-sponsored special projects where the value dimension is key for new programs\' success.What are we looking for- A self-driven person with a learning attitude, who can effectively partner and collaborate with a global team. One who can plan and organize work well, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.What you\'ll do:This role is for a Value Advisor within the Value Content team. Key success criteria in the role: * Own content creation and management for one of the lines of business and relevant SAP solution.

• Create value assets and collaterals
• Create and contribute to other thought leadership campaigns, assets, and whitepapers
• Enable field teams globally
• Support regional value advisors on customer engagements
• Manage value content (benchmarks, KPIs, value drivers, best practices) in SAP Value Lifecycle Manager (VLM)
• Regularly update and capture value proposition for new product releases and launches
• Perform business research for competitive intelligence, market trends and developments
• Lead project management, reporting, and analytics
• Lead and support global knowledge management and enablement initiatives

What you bring:

• 2+ years of professional experience dealing with SAP solutions required
• 2+ years value management AND value content creation required
• Experience of working with value lifecycle manager (VLM) required
• Previous exposure to manufacturing industry and supply chain processes is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or similar analytical area required
• Knowledge of value selling methodology & processes, opportunities, value chain, and ecosystem analyses experience a plus
• Experience with business case creation, analysis, and research
• Strong team player in a diverse global team working across multiple time-zones
• Experience of managing projects
• Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
