Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Valuation Field Engineer with experience in civil engineering to join our team and contribute to the accurate valuation of properties in Pune. The role involves a blend of office work and site visits, allowing for hands-on involvement in the valuation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Inspection : Conduct thorough site inspections to assess the physical condition and characteristics of the property, ensuring all relevant factors are considered for accurate valuation.
• Property Valuation Analysis : Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of properties to determine their current market value, using defined criteria and standard industry practices.
• Data Collection and Documentation : Collect, record, and maintain all necessary data and documentation from site visits to support the valuation reports.
• Client Liaison : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on valuation progress and findings.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and changes in the real estate market to inform valuation practices.
• Software Proficiency : MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience : 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or valuation industry.
• Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree is essential.
• Work Environment : Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and site).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
