Intro:

Sapient services diversified into other related complementary business activities namely valuation of tangible and intangible assets, techo-economic viability studies etc. The total business activities of M/s Sapient Services Pvt. Ltd. Were split into insurance related business and non- insurance i.e., Chartered Engineering Services, Valuation of tangible and intangible assets, third party quality inspection etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Land & Building

To conduct the site visit of property and research of comparable properties

To conduct the field survey and interaction with local brokers etc and to prepare database of warehouse, residential, commercial etc.

To conduct the valuation of Real Estate properties including residential projects, office buildings, retail mall, land, warehouse.

To prepare valuation workings and Finalize valuation reports.

To manage and interact with the clients to make sure that client's expectations are fulfilled

Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.

Analyse approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.

Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports & estimated market values.

Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.

Candidate should have relevant knowledge of Property Valuation

Technical & functional expertise

Strong analytical skills & rich experience conceptualizing financial strategy

Experiences: -

Relevant Experience: 1-2 years+ (In Valuation Stream Only/The Candidates from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firms are warmly welcomed)
