Valuation Associate - Civil (Land & Building) - 1 No Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
  • MS Word & Excel
  • AutoCAD (Preferred)
  • Male
  • Two Wheeler
  • 0-2 Years experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Site visit (for valuation - Local & outstation)
  • Take measurements & collect necessary details
  • Report drafting
  • Associate with Valuer, Client Handling & payment follow-ups
  • Regular Communication with various Financial Institutions
  • Real estate - Market research, Analysis & Maintain database
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb98,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus
Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
