Position: Sr.Engineer / Manager - Product Validation & Testing

? We are seeking a highly motivated Sr.Engineer / Manager with 5-6 years of experience ( especially in the
field of electromechanical components) to join our R&D Team in the Testing & Validation department.
? This requirement focuses on product validation testing and development, especially for our range of
electromagnetic clutches and brakes.
Job Responsibilities
Product testing and validation of new products (EM brakes, clutches), including mechanical components
and assemblies.
Spec, develop and implement product testing and automation equipment with external specialists while
also developing capabilities in-house in the long run.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to
ensure successful product testing and validation as a part of product development.
Qualification or Requirements
Proficiency in product testing, especially in the field of electromechanical components such as electric
motors, actuators, etc. and/or experience in industrial automation.
Experience/Knowledge in the use of testing equipment and systems using PLC, SCADA & Data-Acquisition
systems and programming such as LABVIEW, etc.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years in Design or Testing in an electromechanical product design, testing and/or manufacturing
company or testing laboratory with experience in electromechanical testing.
